The team from Southern were amazing. Let’s start with scheduling. Kristen found a slot the day after I called. The team: they were able to get started an hour early – and they called ahead to make sure that would be okay. On arrival, they hunted the problem unflaggingly. They knew what they were looking for, and didn’t stop until they found it and solved the problem. I would strongly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Kristen – the project coordinator and scheduler – was on top of all the moving pieces (late arriving items, inspections) and took the brunt of managing Dominion
And lastly, Rafael and Emmanuel – the install team – did a wonderful job completing the work, cleaning up and making sure everything was nice and neat.
